Reservations
A minimum stay of two nights is required to reserve a room through our booking platform.
Cancellations
The Foothills Motel is quaint and family-owned. Consequently, cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made up to fourteen days prior to your scheduled arrival; will result in your deposit being refunded less a $25 processing fee per room, per night. If you must cancel later, your full room rate will be billed. Refunds are not given for early departures. Alterations to confirmed reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Shortened Stays
Due to the short vacation season in our area, changes to your reservation dates will be accepted no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. If less than a 14-day notice is given, guests will be billed for the full amount of the original nights booked.
Guest Conduct
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, large gatherings that may cause disturbances are not permitted. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our guest rooms. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if evidence of smoking is found.
